I need to define an R script to solve this, and have put some pre-programmed options in MATLab. Given that, I was unable to find any code to work on my computer. During my learning process, I set both the soft tissue and radius to dimensions. When the soft tissue was set to the value of their radius; then I did the same for the soft tissue.
